Images in Blog / webpages

I have a library interested in making a blog / webpage for teens. One thing they want to do is have a new books section with descripitions of new titles along with cover images from say, Amazon. Is anyone aware of problems with doing this, or copyright issues? It would seem to me, that you are simply advertising the presence of the book in your library, and not profiting from it in any direct way. Has anyone else checked into this?
