Basically, in SP2 they added some features, like the popup blocker
in IE. With each new feature there are new registry keys. But since
the policy template for the Security Tool is now a couple years old,
it doesn't give you any control over these new features (so if you
have the Tool on an updated pc, you can get into the popup blocker
settings).
Worse is that there are a few other registry keys that were just
moved, so that again the policy is missing them.
There was nothing really serious that I have heard about, but I
havn't really been following it closely for the past 6 months. If
you are using it and you haven't noticed any problems, I think you
are fine.
BTW - the MS Toolkit final release is out, and it is a free download.

As far as the instructions for scheduled backup of Content Server, the ftp site to get the files no longer works. I will copy these files when I am in a library with a Gates server and send them to anyone who requests.
